This policy explains what information NexGenLab collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form we store the name, email address, subject, selected service, and message you provide, along with any file you choose to attach. We also record your IP address and browser user-agent string at the time of submission, which helps us detect spam and abuse.
We do not collect this information anywhere else on the site, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry
- To keep a record of business correspondence
- To protect the form against automated abuse
We do not sell your information, and we do not send marketing email to addresses collected through the contact form unless you ask us to.
Third-party services
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish humans from bots. Cloudflare receives your IP address as part of that check. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
How long we keep it
Contact submissions are kept for as long as they are useful for the enquiry and our business records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your choices
Email info@nexgennlab.com to request a copy of what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. We will respond within 30 days.
